We are excited to be recruiting to Band 6 OTs in our Frailty OT Service in NHS Forth Valley. We are currently going through a period of change in exploring how we manage frail patients across the NHS Forth Valley system including pathways between community, front door and downstream wards. We are recruiting OTs who are open to exploring their specialist OT role in frailty across these areas You will be responsible for the initial assessment and treatment of our frail population which may include prevention of admission and discharge planning.
