As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning, development, and care of young children in a reception class setting. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the reception class teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children in line with the EYFS framework. Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities, adapting activities and resources to accommodate their requirements.
