Business Development Executive £28,000 to £32,000 per annum Plus commission, Permanent, 08:30am to 17:00pm, M-F, BS11 Avonmouth, Bristol, 29 days Holidays, Pension, Health and critical illness insurance, life assurance and parking. A leading technology based business who are continuing their growth with the expansion in their sales team recruiting for a business development executive to join their business.
Responsibilities
* Understand client needs and sell the services of the business to new and existing clients
* Map target accounts and build relationships with key customers via phone and other lead generation methods
* Identify new business and secure orders
* Further develop existing relationships to support current clients
* Collaborate and gain support from Commercial, Technical, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes
* Maintain and update client records via CRM system
* General administration and data entry via email and CRM system
Qualifications
* A rapport building approach to their work
* B2B business development, sales and account management experience
* Confident ability in using IT packages
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Performed to targets / KPI'S
