Ian Williams has a great opportunity for a customer focused Receptionist / Administrator working 8:15am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday. .Our Reception is the first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors and holds a central role in promoting our welcoming and engaging environment. Access to an employee assistance programme to support your health and wellbeing, as well as free legal and financial advice The Receptionist/ Administrator role: You will value first class customer service and enjoy facilitating strong working relationships within your immediate and wider teams, internally and externally to ensure the continued success of Ian Williams. Core tasks will include: First Point of Contact for Visitors Face to Face or on the Telephone Answer and filter incoming telephone calls to HO, taking messages or redirect the call as required To ensure efficient distribution of the incoming post. Assist in the outgoing post franking and sorting for collection. Assist with the logging of building issues. Assist in the ordering of stationary/cleaning supplies for HO Maintain the Reception inbox, assisting with queries as required. Manage the booking of parking spaces for visitors. Complete weekly fire alarm tests, and emergency lighting testing. A range of Word Processing and administrative tasks What will I bring to the Receptionist/ Administrator role? Education to GCSE level or equivalent (to include Maths and English Good IT skills MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (basic level), A pro-active and can-do attitude with a love for customer service/communications.
