Role Purpose / Summary
* Experience: 8-10 years, preferably Agile-Scrum methodologies.
* Certifications: CSM preferred.
* Tools: JIRA, Confluence.
* Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Manage project scope and timelines.
* Remove impediments and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
* Promote collaboration and high-quality delivery.
* Focus: Servant leadership, team facilitation;
* Key Duties:
* Work with Product Owners to define "done" and manage delivery plans.
* Enable cross-functional cooperation and remove blockers.
* Track sprint progress and facilitate retrospectives.
* Foster team creativity and continuous improvement.
* Skills-&-Qualities
* Soft Skills: Prioritisation, planning, stakeholder alignment, budget control.
* Agile Duties:
* Facilitate all Scrum events.
* Encourage multiskilling and protect teams from external disruptions.
