Responsibilities
You will visit people in their own homes and support their daily routines which enables them to continue to live independently. These individuals truly value the care they receive and our care assistant’s report that this is the best part of their job.

Requirements
It might be a cliché, but as a care assistant you will genuinely be making a difference to someone’s life. Working within the health and social care sector provides a wide range of career opportunities which can lead to management position should you wish to pursue them. No previous care assistant experience is needed, just the desire to care for others. Ideally you will be a driver and have a car. Walking opportunities may also be available.
