About this role:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a fast-moving, hands-on role that covers a mix of B2B and B2C work. You'll help create, run, and track multi-channel campaigns, along with supporting various projects. It's a highly collaborative role, working closely with teams across product, operations, and sales
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Digital Marketing and the Marketing Manager's campaign calendars and work via their direction with other departments to implement lead generation campaigns utilising all channels within the marketing mix
Use our HubSpot CRM build, develop and maintain automation journeys and flows to support campaign activities
Liaise with internal teams to ensure that data and content will work together seamlessly
Generate ideas for campaign assets from our dedicated content team or 3rd party providers
Work closely with other members of the marketing team to support with and leverage web content, campaign landing pages, paid for and organic social media, SEO, AdWords and retargeting
Email campaign setup, execution and monitoring
Measure ROI and use data to report on performance and identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance
Pro-actively address any marketing issues and provide solutions to these issues
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Requirements:
Proven commercial, hands-on marketing, CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred but Pardot, Marketo or Salesforce considered)
Technical literacy with familiarity in data processes and governance
In depth knowledge of digital and non-digital marketing channels
A background within Education or B2B is highly favourable but not essential
A data driven mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to plan, prioritise and self-motivate
Thrives in a fast paced-dynamic workplace
