Your Role as Deputy Care Manager
As Deputy Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care every visit, every day. You’ll:
* Support and develop both care and office teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Collaborate with local authorities, CCGs, and community stakeholders to shape services.
* Participate in the out-of-hours support rota.
* Champion our values and represent the Hales brand with professionalism and integrity.
* Innovate and tailor services to meet individual client needs, ensuring quality and independence remain at the heart of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Compassionate, resilient and confident in leading teams.
* Experienced in domiciliary care or any care service environment, ideally with at least 1 year in a management role.
* Skilled in communication, IT, and administration.
* A car driver with access to a vehicle.
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
If you bring the right attitude and ambition, we’ll support you to gain further qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
