An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dependable, proactive, and experienced Assistant Security Manager to join our team at Ribby Hall Village. This key role supports the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and wider community — 24/7 across our prestigious 5‑star holiday destination.
What You'll Do
Lead and support our Security Team to deliver exceptional safety standards
Maintain the security of the Village through patrols, monitoring, and incident response
Coach, train, and develop Security Officers
Assist with rota planning, performance management, and departmental operations
Manage incidents confidently and effectively, including emergencies and conflict situations
Ensure accurate reporting of incidents and daily activity
Uphold the welfare of all guests, staff, and visitors
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience leading a security team
SIA accreditation & First Aid training
Full, clean driving licence
Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
Calm, confident decision‑maker
Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills
A forward‑thinking attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
