Audit Business Ops Manager, 3P Environmental Compliance
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Program Manager to join our team and support the implementation of the Three Lines of Defense (3LoD) process, specifically tailored to address environmental compliance regulations impacting our 3P business. As the Environmental Audit Business Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks associated with compliance components, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate should have strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across multiple stores and functions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility role with interaction across WW Director and VP groups at Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with global account management teams to drive seller outreach and de-risking initiatives.
2. Initiate, define, plan, and manage the rollout of program features and enhancements based on legislative changes in environmental compliance.
3. Own weekly and monthly reporting on the initiatives' status, utilizing metrics to analyze issues and identify business trends.
4. Engage with stakeholders across US, China, and EU, including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Tech, Seller Services, and FBA.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and markets.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals.
* Program management or consulting experience in technology-focused businesses.
