Salary / Rate of pay: Up to 45,000 p.a
Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager with hotel experience? We're looking for someone to hit the ground running and help our client maintain their hotel to the highest standards over the next 3 months.

* Salary 40,000 p.a to 45,000 p.a., depending on experience (Pro-Rata)
* 40-45 hours per week
* Live-in possible if located outside of London

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team of 4 maintenance staff
* Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repair tasks
* Ensuring full statutory and legal compliance across the property
* Maintaining the hotel and plant fabric within budget
* Conducting regular inspections and responding to issues promptly
* Coordinating with external contractors when needed
Desired qualifications & skills:
* Immediately available
* Proven experience in Hotel Maintenance at the Supervisory or Manager level
* Strong knowledge of compliance and H&S standards
* Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
* Confident team leader and communicator
