We need a candidate who can administer user accounts, password compliance, and system access controls. We expect a commitment to confidentiality, secure information handling, and continuous learning. We would welcome experience supporting system training, documentation, reporting, and project input. We are looking for someone who is comfortable liaising with internal teams and external support providers. Responsibilities: We act as the first point of contact for all site IT support issues, including hardware, network, and warehouse systems. We carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting for local IT equipment. We liaise with internal and external IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. We manage scanners, devices, and other operational equipment on site. We administer user accounts, password compliance, and system access controls. We support and maintain warehouse and fleet management systems, including reporting functions. We become a key user and local expert for site operational systems and software. We procure IT equipment, ensuring suitability, value, and timely delivery. We support projects by providing accurate technical information and operational input. We deliver system training and create user documentation where required. We maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information. We ensure business continuity documentation is accurate and accessible. We participate in regular IT review meetings to discuss system performance, issues, and improvement opportunities. We develop our scope over time to include wider system administration, infrastructure management, project support, and potentially recruitment and supervision of additional IT team members.
