This role suits a dynamic, people-focused H&S leader, someone who can combine technical expertise with influence, communication, and diplomacy.
Key focus areas:
* Developing and delivering the company’s H&S strategy.
* Embedding best practice across a diverse property portfolio.
* Supporting the insourcing of FM with robust safety frameworks.
* Driving engagement and ownership of H&S at all levels.

* Senior H&S experience in real estate, property management, or FM (not construction).
