Recon Recruitment are looking for a Field Sales Representative for a full-time position based in Devon This client is the UKs largest providers of convenience retail solutions. The client have been in operation for over 40 years and therefore are able to assist their clients in forecasting sales demands. It is essential for you to be able to build relationships with new and existing clients, promote goods and drive sales. It is key that you are offering an outstanding service and meeting promotional solutions. This role needs you to take responsibility for driving the sales growth in your designated area. Therefore, actively seeking new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be working independently in the field, so this will be an excellent position for someone trying to grow their sales career. You will be Identifying and carrying out new sales, generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in your area, Developing and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Carry out face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients as a way of promoting/ tailoring the companies goods and services to meet their requirements. You will complete the full process from first contact to closing the deal. This will include negotiating pricing and terms. Stay informed on the trends in the industry. Regular communication with your management on how you are meeting your targets and update them on your sales. Collate customer feedback to improve their services and product to ensure the company are always meeting clients standards. We are looking for Previous field sales, B2B sales. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build a rapport with clients quickly. Good negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong time management. Able to travel to meet clients within your designated area. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed targets A full UK driving licence.
