Security & Resilience Consultant
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Security & Resilience Consultant based in Swindon.
This role is on an initial 6-month contract and is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite.

Key deliverables include:
Designing a maturity framework covering Physical Security, Personnel Security, Travel Risk Management, and Business Continuity.
Mapping framework forrelevant legislation.
Developing audit-ready templates and processes aligned to ISO and BSI standards where practicable.
Delivering an initial round of audits, establishing peer-to-peer maturity scoring and metrics dashboards.
Supporting the companies Departmental Security Health Check (DSHC) submission.
Training stakeholders across the UKRI network and delivering workshops to embed new processes.
