Responsibilities:
* Ongoing development and customization of the Enterprise Fidessa cash equities order management systems
* Design and development of cash equities business requirements on the Fidessa order management system
* Work closely with regional and global business sponsors to understand their requirements and architect, design and execute technical solutions
* Collaborate with regional and global team members to form high quality solutions
* Provide guidance and mentoring for new team members as necessary
* Identify business, technology and people risks. Identify solutions or mitigating controls
* Assist with 3rd line support as required
Skills
* Hands-on development experience with the Fidessa vendor trading platform
* A strong understanding of equities trading
* Programming skills in languages such as Java and Python
Nice To Have
* A strong understanding of other asset class domains across Capital Markets
* Experience using The Java Spring framework
