We’re expanding our Customer Service team at Concentrix and are looking for team players and go‑getters to join us at our buzzing Falkirk site. As a Customer Service Advisor, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience by dealing with, diagnosing and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers. You will support customers with bills and technical queries, take payments, handle billing issues, provide service support, guide customers through products or features, achieve and exceed sales, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets, and identify sales opportunities through lead generation. As the first point of contact, you’ll engage in diverse conversations to understand customers’ goals, challenges and needs and guide them through service excellence.
To succeed, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can hear what is not being said and proactively offer solutions with empathy. We want people eager to learn and quick on the uptake. Your main priority will be to maintain or improve an excellent customer experience.

Your Qualifications
* Proficient in English (oral and written)
* Flexible to work shifts between 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Sunday
* Minimum of 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience
* Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role
* Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills
* Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
