Title: Data Administrator Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (Mon – Fri) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 approx Summary: Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a full time permanent basis to be based near Invergordon. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in inputting data, carrying out data capture and downloading reports using Excel. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent organisational ability, and a solid understanding of administration and data procedures. Key Responsibilities: Accurate data entry and capture. Extensive use of Microsoft Excel including downloading reports and creating tables and formulae (training provided). Extracting and converting information. Accurately entering data into databases and spreadsheets. Cross-checking entries against documents. Identify and rectify errors. Updating and maintaining accurate personnel records. Carry out reconciliations. Identify missing information, resolving discrepancies, and validating data before final submission. Attending meetings and note taking. Dealing with general enquiries. Person Specification: Previous experience in an administration role preferred. Strong IT skills including MS Office, specifically MS Excel. A willingness to undertake training. Ability to operate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
