INTERIM COMMERCIAL MANAGER-Initial 3 months-remote base, low amount of travel.
Our client is a UK Defence company. They have an urgent requirement for a commercial manager/senior commercial manager level individual to join them in mid to late January on a major programme.
Role
The role will be supporting the commercial lead with a range of customer and supplier facing negotiations.
Experience
You will have experience, ideally in the Defence sector, of managing customer facing contract negotiation and relationships.
Clearance
This role requires SC clearance and the urgent timescale involved means that only someone with current SC clearance should apply.
Terms
Initial three months with the option to extend. Day rate in the region of £600-£650 per day inside IR35.

Commercial manager in this context means a commercial contract negotiation specialist and is not suitable for someone with a pure sales background.
