Fairmont St Andrews is seeking a dedicated and professional Outlet Manager for our F&B team. As the Squire, Afternoon Tea, and In Room Dining Manager, you will lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
* Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
* Maintain brand standards for your areas of responsibility
* Develop new products and service offerings
* Implement upsell incentives
* Create memorable guest experiences
* Attend to guest requests and anticipate needs
* Manage staff recruitment
* Address guest complaints
* Keep records of stock and financial transactions
* Comply with liquor laws and regulations
* Manage payroll and financial forecasting
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
* Service-oriented personality with leadership experience
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Lead by example and foster high performance
Team and Environment:
* Work in a fast-paced team setting
* Shifts during day, evening, and weekends
* Legally eligible to work in the UK; assistance with work authorization is not provided
