In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of growing revenue from both new and existing customers. From generating leads to reactivating dormant accounts, you’ll be a key player in unlocking growth opportunities across multiple sales channels.You’ll work collaboratively with the field sales team, and internal departments to deliver best-in-class service and long-term customer success.Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation – Identify and nurture leads via phone, email campaigns, and social media.
* Customer Engagement – Reconnect with lapsed accounts and build meaningful new relationships.
* Sales Pipeline Management – Qualify prospects, track opportunities, and close deals.
* Product Expertise – Understand and communicate the benefits of a wide range of professional products and services.
* Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and performance goals.
* Relationship Management – Deliver exceptional service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
* Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with multiple departments to align efforts and enhance the customer journey.
* Reporting & Admin – Run internal reports, assist in order processing, web reviews, and general office tasks using Microsoft Office, Zoom, & Teams and internal systems.
What We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a self-starter with a hunger for success and a proven ability to build and manage accounts. While industry-specific experience is not essential, you’ll need to bring a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.You are:
