We are looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our corporate tax team at our Lincoln location.


What does this role involve?

Joining us as a Client Experience Manager, you will be a Member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) or suitably qualified by experience. The purpose of this role is to act as a conduit to us delivering exceptional client service.


Teamwork

You will liaise with multiple service lines across the business to ensure the delivery of a cohesive and comprehensive client service for the corporate tax team.

As a Client Experience Manager, you will liaise with a range of stakeholders including team members at all levels, across all service lines, clients, and professionals, such as solicitors. You will act as the main point of contact for corporate tax clients, resolve any issues, respond to queries, and generally keep the client informed of progress. You will implement changes that can strengthen our relationship with our clients.

You will conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss service performance and obtain testimonials.
