As a Telecoms Analyst, you'll be the architect of our telecommunications efficiency, a key player in optimizing our global infrastructure. You'll move beyond traditional operational roles to a position where your analytical skills directly impact our bottom line and operational excellence. Your day-to-day will involve: Pioneer cost-saving initiatives by proactively analyzing telecoms utilization, identifying zero-usage assets, and addressing excessive consumption across our global network. Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and execute cost reduction opportunities and automate customer circuit data updates. Innovate and refine our internal platforms by working with our development teams to enhance our billing platform and build self-service capabilities for managers. Elevate data integrity by maintaining and auditing customer master data to ensure accuracy and a seamless billing experience. Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely invoice processing, managing vendor communications, and providing critical reports on savings and efficiency. Champion a secure and cost-effective mobile strategy for our global staff, partnering with Information Governance and Global Information Security. Provide critical support by resolving billing inquiries and ensuring the accuracy of outward billing with client-facing teams. What You'll Bring Proven analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely and accurate execution of all billing and reporting tasks. Strong communication skills, adept at collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes. A client-centric mindset with experience in a client-facing environment, focused on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience in reporting, with the ability to create and present clear, impactful reports on efficiency and cost savings. A foundational understanding of telecommunications billing systems and the operational knowledge to correlate data with billing practices.
