We have a great opportunity for a Administrative Assistant on a part time, fixed-term/secondment basis until 31st March 2026.

Salary:
£12,997 - £14,724 inclusive of LW pro rata for 18 hours per week.

About You…
Administration Assistants are the first point of contact between the public and Children's Social Care.

As an Administration Assistant you will provide administrative support in our busy multi-agency Safeguarding Team within Children's Social Care.

You will have excellent word processing skills and the ability to input data accurately to tight deadlines. In addition, you will also have excellent general administrative, telephone and message recording skills.

A conscientious and reliable team player, you will also be flexible and adaptable to meet varying demands of the service.

The position is part-time, working 18 hours per week from Wednesday to Friday. In line with the council's agile working policy, the role offers a 50/50 split between office-based and remote working.
