Manage a significant portfolio to deliver high-quality, commercially oriented IP legal services to Diageo and the Whisk(e)y marketing and innovation functions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Participating as a team member delivering world-class IP legal services.

3. Handling data input and liaising with external agents and counsel.
4. Reviewing and approving packaging and marketing materials.
5. Assisting with IP litigation where necessary.
6. Optimizing legal costs by efficient use of resources.

Requirements include a solid IP foundation with 12-18 months of experience, a law degree or Chartered Trade Mark Attorney qualification (advantageous), experience with multi-jurisdictional portfolios, and knowledge of trade mark law. Computer skills, flexibility, analytical ability, strong communication, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and accountability are essential. Flexibility in work hours and location is encouraged.

Diageo offers competitive rewards, promotes diversity and inclusion, and values performance. If interested, apply and specify any reasonable adjustments needed.
