What you will do
As a Senior College Services Advisor, you will ensure our college maintains high standards of immigration compliance while supporting the student journey. Your responsibilities include monitoring attendance, issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), supporting UKVI reporting, and compliance audits. You will also shape team training, improve processes, and manage student records, making a tangible difference in compliance and student success. This role offers leadership, innovation, and the chance to contribute to a thriving academic community.

What you’ll bring to the role
* Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to foster these qualities in others.
* Experience & Interests: A strong interest in education, especially in supporting international students' wellbeing and safeguarding.
* Technical & Organisational Skills: Proficiency in IT (particularly Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), strong organisational skills, and effective time management.
* Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead small teams or activities to achieve goals.
* Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, confidentiality, initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
