Your role Working with colleagues in the IT department, you will be responsible for monitoring and triaging inbound support requests via our ITSM platform, taking initial steps to resolve requests using your 1 st line technical support skills and escalating issues, where necessary. You should be able to work independently as well as within teams and bring a flexible approach and attitude to the workplace that enables you to collaborate on support incidents with others. You will work as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of IT Engineers as well as with other internal teams. Your goals will include providing a continuous improvement approach to our support structure, updating processes, support documentation and the ITSM platform itself to enhance the services we provide and the experience of our customers. You will be the primary communications link between the IT Infrastructure department, other business departments, partner service providers, suppliers, and customers. Benefits Annual salary: £25,000 - £29,000 Annual leave of 25 days bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
