Acquisition Manager (Individual Giving and Membership) – The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd
Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) | Up to £41,061 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid basis or remote if you live some distance from our office

Responsibilities
* Help optimise and develop the supporter and member acquisition programme.
* Recruit, retain (welcome), and reactivate individual supporters and members, ensuring the best experience and maximising lifetime value.
* Work closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager as required.
* Expand the acquisition portfolio by initiating and/or managing a variety of acquisition and reactivation methods and channels to attract new audiences to ROS, including Face to Face, Digital, Telephone fundraising, Weekly Lottery and Lead Generation.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in developing and managing a range of direct marketing/fundraising channels and campaigns.
* Highly numerate with ability to set and manage business plans and budgets.
* Experience using CRM databases and using data to provide audience insight.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Location
Location: Flexible arrangements – hybrid with attendance at our central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month, or remote if you live some distance from the office.
