Are you a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Electrician looking for a rewarding role? Randstad CPE UK Property Services Team is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our Reactive Maintenance Division in Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community, ensuring safe and well:maintained electrical systems in residential properties
Package
* Competitive salary of upto GBP36,000 pa.
* Company van and fuel card.
* 22 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 1 year).

Responsibilities
* Routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances.
* Fault finding and rectification.
* Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations.
* Replacing sockets and fittings.
* Replacing consumer units.
* Domestic rewiring in both occupied and empty properties.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of electrical experience.
* City and Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation.
* Experience with EICR testing in social and private housing.
