The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT) is seeking an organised and proactive HR and Projects Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their career in HR/people management, supporting 15 academies and over 650 employees across multiple locations.
This varied position involves managing your own group of schools within the Trust, providing essential HR administration, overseeing safeguarding checks, and assisting with recruitment. You will also contribute to key Trust-wide projects.
