We are seeking an experienced Optical Practice Manager for a well-established optical and hearing care practice located in Shirley, Solihull. The role is suitable for an experienced Practice Manager, Assistant Manager, or a senior Optical Assistant ready to step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small team of six staff members.
* Motivate the team to increase sales and improve customer service.
* Conduct staff training and development.
* Oversee dispensing duties and ensure quality dispensing at all levels.
* Handle administrative duties related to the optical practice.
* Support the hearing clinic operations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Familiarity with KPI targets and commercial acumen.
* Strong staff training and leadership abilities.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficient dispensing skills at all levels.
* Knowledge of contact lenses.
* Capable of hitting the ground running.
