As Supply Chain Manager, you will own end-to-end supply operations, ensuring our products are manufactured smoothly as we scale.
This role is a blend of a typical Purchasing role with Supply Chain Operations and we’re looking for a candidate with at least 3 years experience in either of these areas, preferably within consumer electronics. As we scale there is opportunity for role expansion and team management.

What You’ll Do
* Play a key role in scaling our manufacturing capability to support Carv’s global growth
* Own the relationship with our Contract Manufacturer, reporting into the Head of Supply Chain
* Negotiate our contract pricing each year, and in year as required
* Electrical and sub-component sourcing
* Production planning, both with our CM and additional suppliers
* Collaborate with our Hardware team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery from our Contract Manufacturer
* Continuously improve production processes to drive down costs and elevate quality
* Data reporting and analysis to the wider business on KPIs and variances to budget
* Work with the Head of Supply Chain on the longer term strategy, defining optimal production markets, number of suppliers and requirements for either iterations to the current product or a new product
* Depending on experience, this role could also expand to include ownership of our final mile logistics and bulk freight operations
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience working in Supply Chain or Purchasing for a leading brand. Experience in consumer electronics is preferable but not a requirement
* Experience with contract negotiations of $1m+ USD and ideally with building and using cost models through this process
* Experience working with contract manufacturers in China, Mexico, Vietnam, or Eastern Europe is a plus
* Relentless bias for action, moving fast to deliver results
* Track-record of excelling in a small-team environment, even better if at a start-up
* A passion for skiing, or to learn if you don’t currently ski
