3. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
4. Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
6. Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
7. Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
9. Assist in payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
10. Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
