Albion Search is currently working with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to oversee the final phases of a development in Middlesbrough.
The successful candidate will have experience working for a regional or national house builder, be familiar with NHBC regulations, and be willing to commit for the next 5 months.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Care
2. Preparing plots for CML & customers moving in
3. Health & Safety
4. Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks
5. Managing subcontractors
6. Managing finishing trades
7. Home demos
Applicants must hold a valid and in-date SMSTS and CSCS card, along with the relevant house building experience mentioned above.
