Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager 4-Star Hotel
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year, plus bonus

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Hotel Sales Manager to take on a strategic leadership role. You will manage the hotels sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on maximising revenue from key corporate accounts, meetings, and events, while also driving new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the hotels sales and marketing strategy.
Manage and grow revenue from key corporate accounts for accommodation and meeting/event sales.
Actively seek out new clients and revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong commercial awareness of the local and regional market.
Take full ownership of day-to-day and strategic leadership of the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the hotel management team to meet business objectives.
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience in Sales Manager or Director of Sales (DOS) roles, ideally within corporate hotel companies.
Strong background in Meetings & Events Sales within the 4-star hotel market
Commercially astute, with a keen understanding of local market opportunities, particularly in the North East and the Midlands region. Knowledge of selling conference / M&E & corporate events as well as securing local accommodation accounts Volume.
This is an on-property role with regular travel to appointments as required.
