Compensation & Benefits
* Base: £70,000 to £90,000 (OTE - £120,000+)
* Bonus: Performance-based + Profit sharing

Your Mission
* Serve as the technical point of contact for OEMs, integrators, and enterprise clients throughout the full sales cycle
* Lead solution scoping, demos, and integration discussions for RF/wireless comms systems
* Support key commercial bids and manage post-sales engineering coordination
* Collaborate with global sales and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption
* Represent the company at key industry events and customer sites across Europe
* Maintain CRM records and pipeline visibility with regular updates to the leadership team
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development within wireless, RF, or networking sectors
* Strong experience engaging with industrial automation customers, system integrators, or OEMs
* Hands-on knowledge of RF systems, wireless protocols, and networking architecture
* Experience supporting unmanned platforms (e.g., drones or AMRs) is a major plus
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field-or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus
Location: Remote (UK or EU)
