Role: Fabricator Welder
Location: Worksop, S80 3AT
Hours: 40 hpw, between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday
Salary: Up to £17.90 ph DOE
Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder looking for a hands-on role where quality and teamwork matter? We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.
What you’ll do:
* Produce high‑quality fabricated and welded components to specification
* Work to agreed build times and processes while maintaining excellent workmanship standards
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain great housekeeping
* Support continuous improvement and contribute to team discussions
* Stay flexible, work across different areas as needed and continually grow your skillset
What you’ll bring:
* Strong fabrication and welding skills with a relevant vocational qualification
* Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and solid problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work to takt/operation times
* Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to multi‑skill
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
