We're looking for a motivated Client Success & Creative Assistant to join our in-house client success & delivery team full time. This role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and client communication, and is eager to grow their skills across digital and print design, and client campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Client Communication & Email Campaigns
* Support day-to-day client communications via email
* Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending client campaigns
Design & Creative Support
* Create and update print and digital design assets (email graphics, flyers, ads, banners, social assets)
* Resize and adapt creative for different formats and platforms
* Follow brand guidelines and campaign briefs
Web & Newsletter Updates
* Upload web banners, promotional graphics, and content updates
* Build HTML email layouts, perform quality checks to ensure content displays correctly across devices
* Upload banner images in advertising platforms working with our client analyst to ensure campaign success
What We're Looking For
* Experience with design tools ie Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Exposure to email marketing platforms or CMS tools
* Basic understanding of digital marketing or design principles
