Role: CMM Inspector (Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Contract Type: Contract or Permanent
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £21.60 per hour (inclusive of 30% weekend shift premium).
This will increase to 2026 rate for March start date.
The Role
A Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift - 12 hour shifts, commencing March 2026.
This role involves working in a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport / aerospace industries, with a right first-time philosophy.
Key Competencies and Experience
Strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerances
Ability to interpret and inspect components from drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality and within routed timeframes
Experience using manual measuring equipment and performing table work to check parts against drawing or planning requirements
Programming experience on CMM and knowledge of Mitutoyo software would be advantageous
Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support, with a strong focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
Flexible in supporting other areas of manufacturing when required
Willingness to work additional hours to meet delivery deadlines
