About The Role

You’ll support environmental compliance across our site, ensuring we continue to meet our legal obligations while driving improvements in sustainability and environmental management.

This is an important position for someone who wants to develop their environmental expertise and play an integral part in a responsible, high performance engineering environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Monitoring and maintaining compliance with environmental permits and associated controls.
* Supporting documentation, reporting, and record keeping for inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.
* Carrying out site checks and environmental inspections across multiple areas.
* Assisting with sustainability and environmental improvement projects.
* Keeping environmental records organised, accurate, and compliant.
* Working independently across the site while maintaining strong communication with the HSE team.

Who We’re Looking For

* Knowledge of ISO 14001 or IEMA related training.
* Strong organisational and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Credibility and trustworthiness when completing compliance related tasks.
* Willingness to learn and develop environmental expertise.
* Good communication skills and a practical, methodical approach.
* Awareness of environmental legislation (desirable).
* Experience in manufacturing environments (desirable).

What You’ll Get

We’ll provide you with a supportive and engaging environment where you can grow your skills and further your career. We’ll work with you to develop your personal professional development plan, tailored to your goals and ambitions.

In Addition, You’ll Get The Following Benefits

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to purchase more holiday days after your first year.
* Westfield Health Insurance
* Discounted gym membership
* Company pension
* Free onsite parking
* Additional shift bonus (where applicable)
* Family Ironbridge Pass
