Permanent Bruntingthorpe - Office based 8.30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday £27,134pa Our client, a large automotive company based near Lutterworth, are looking for an administrator to join their small team. This role will suit someone methodical with a strong attention to detail. Please note - you must have your own transport due to location of the site. The key responsibilities: Ensure all data input and filing of documents is completed with accuracy and within agreed time scales Process daily post, ensuring all documents are posted to the correct customers on time. Responsible for booking in units at multiple locations Responsible for using multiple external customers databases and systems Responsible for dealing with general customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner (face to face, via telephone and email) Be the point of contact for our customers and develop and maintain excellent relationships with our vendors Minimum requirements: Must have own transport due to location of the site Some experience in an office environment Very strong attention to detail with a methodical approach Great communication skills - both verbal and written Solid data entry skills Able to work alone and with a team - please note that 1/4 of this role is working alone The ideal candidate: Administration experience in an office environment Experience in the automotive sector would be advantageous Strong time management and organisational skills Interested?
