Senior Accounts Assistant / Financial Administrator
What You’ll Do
* Purchase Ledger
o Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time
o Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
o Reconcile supplier statements and manage queries
o Execute payment runs and maintain supplier records
o Handle company credit card purchases and employee expenses
* Sales Ledger
o Raise timely and accurate invoices
o Maintain customer records and credit limits
o Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies
o Support aged debt reporting and credit control
* Banking & Month-End
o Manage daily bank reconciliations
o Assist with cashflow reporting
o Support month-end processes and reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
* Proficient in Sage 50 or cloud-based software
* Experience in purchase & sales ledger, reconciliations, and payments
* Strong attention to detail and methodical working style
* Able to meet deadlines while managing routine tasks
* Approachable, professional, and solution-focused
* Self-motivated and a strong team player
