Delivery Operations Manager Reporting to Head of Operations Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is a multi-brand hospitality business operating over 100 sites across the UK. We’re looking for a commercially driven, high-impact leader to take ownership of one of the fastest-growing areas of our business – delivery and Out of Restaurant (OOR). This is an amazing opportunity to step into a broader, multi-site role, with real influence on performance, standards, and guest experience across our brands. The Role You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery operation across BRG, ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences beyond the restaurant. From performance analysis to operational execution, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth and standards. Key Responsibilities Owning delivery and OOR performance across all sites Analysing KPIs, producing reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership and Board Driving high standards in food quality, packaging, and guest experience Identifying and addressing performance gaps (guest ratings, missed items, driver wait times) Conducting audits and implementing continuous improvement plans Leading product and packaging development for delivery channels Supporting new openings, ensuring delivery is launched with excellence from day one Building strong relationships with delivery partners About you A commercially minded, analytical operator who understands high-volume environments A natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to improve performance Experience in multi-site or multi-brand operations (preferred) What’s in it for you?
