* Identify errors, resolve data issues, and proactively solve problems to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
* Liaise with the SEN D Assessment Manager, Assistant Principal, and Learning Support teams to ensure smooth application, assessment, and enrolment for learners with EHCPs.
* Manage monthly payroll submissions for Learning Support Assistants and ensure compliance with OFSTED criteria for SEN provision.
* Attend relevant meetings, complete Local Authority returns on time, and support departmental reporting needs in partnership with MIS.
* Monitor, update, and evaluate data processes; support staff training; and contribute to continuous improvement of SEN services to enhance learner outcomes and equality of opportunity.

Benefits

* Close-knit, supportive working environment focused on staff and student wellness.
* Green belt campus with excellent facilities and transport links.
* Fixed term contract with opportunity to make a difference in young people’s lives.

* Inclusive culture; we welcome all applications. This college is smoke-free on campus.

This role is employed through Nescot Enterprises Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nescot which operates different terms and conditions.

Closing date is 10 October 2025. Interviews will be held as and when candidates apply.
