Job Summary
EML currently manufactures ambient tablets and capsules and is now expanding into biologics with the upcoming production of LEQEMBI for Alzheimer’s/Dementia. To support this growth, the company is building a new goods‑in/goods‑out warehouse for cold chain biologics, with packaging activities scheduled to begin in 2027. In addition, EML is investing in new production lines, vial packaging, and auto‑injector capabilities. These roles form part of the operational capabilities workstream, alongside James, Tom, and two new hires. A dedicated project team has been assembled to deliver this operational build‑out.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Technical role positioned between Packaging Operator and Engineer.
* Requires prior experience with pharmaceutical packaging lines, including machinery operation, maintenance, and fault‑finding to ensure optimal set‑up.
* Hands‑on expertise in configuring packaging equipment to guarantee correct functionality, calibration compliance, and efficient line performance.
* Background in Packaging Engineering with direct pharmaceutical packaging line experience strongly preferred.
* Candidates from other highly regulated industries (e.g., Food, FMCG) may be considered as a last resort.
* Computer literacy (MS Office Suite) essential, as the role involves preparing presentations and documentation.
