Control Centre Supervisor Location: BHX Cargo Reports to: ICC Overall Manager Hours: 37. hours (including various shifts, nights, weekends, earlies and lates) Are you a proactive leader with a keen eye for safety and compliance? Swissport UK is looking for an ICC Supervisor to oversee real-time monitoring of telematics and safety camera data, ensuring swift incident response and operational efficiency The ICC Supe rvisor is responsible for overseeing the ICC team during shifts, ensuring real-time monitoring and management of telematics and safety camera data. They play a key role in incident response, ensuring swift and effective handling of safety and compliance issues. Supervise ICC agents to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of GSE movements and incidents. Analyse telematics and camera footage to identify potential safety concerns. Act as the first point of escalation for operational and safety incidents. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and escalate issues to the ICC Overall Manager when necessary. Coordinate with ground operations, maintenance, and safety teams to investigate and resolve incidents. Train and mentor ICC agents, ensuring adherence to best practices. Prepare shift reports and incident summaries for management. Create, roll out and keep our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date, making sure we're consistent in how we monitor operations, maintain data quality and escalate issues across all our current and future workstreams. Work alongside the ICC Manager to bring new business lines into operation, ensuring the team has the training and tools they need to monitor different airport operations effectively. Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments such as Control Rooms, Aviation or Logistics settings. Strong knowledge of telematics and monitoring technologies. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ability to manage shift resources efficiently with an understanding of how operational decisions impact costs Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Aviation, logistics, or transport industry experience is an advantage. Advanced skills in Excel and experience using CCTV/VMS software for incident investigation Confident ability to present shift performance, KPIs and resource metrics to senior stakeholders.
