What youll do:
To manage the regular business interactions with selected Key/Strategic customer as the main point of contact, liaising between tactical customer buying team and the Lakeside Production, Planning and Intercompany suppliers intercompany suppliers.
1. Management of selected customer demand through order entry and loading of schedules downloaded from customer portals (e.g. CEVA Matrix) into the ERP system.
2. Validation of Enterprise Material Transfer (EMT) demand flow down to intercompany supplier sites ERP system
3. Responsible for collaborating with necessary stakeholders to communicate delivery commitments via customer portals
4. Manage Customer plant visits, including Customer Orderbook Reviews along with Production and Supply Chain stakeholders
