Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000neg + negotiable bonus

The role of Specification Sales Manager Stone & Precast Concrete will involve:
* Technical field sales position selling a high end quality manufactured range of architectural stone & precast concrete products
* All of your time will be spent generating specifications and selling via architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contactors, sub-contractors & installers
* Dealing with order values ranging from around £50k - £1m
* Majority of projects will be based around the South East, East Midlands area
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Stone & Precast Concrete experience with:
Must have construction sales experience dealing with similar products for example; precast, architectural stone, facades, masonry support, landscaping products, concrete, heavyside etc
Must have relationships witharchitects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contactors, sub-contractors & installers
May consider a contractor rep with previous specification xsngvjr exposure
