Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations and leadership of the team
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practices in child development
* Maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning for all children
* Implement and monitor educational programmes that meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
* Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
* Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
* Ensure smooth administrative and operational processes within the nursery
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children
Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third-in-Charge
* Strong understanding of EYFS and child development principles
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
