Job Opportunity: HR & Payroll Professional
We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is advantageous).
2. Managing Employee Journey from offer to end of probation.
3. Handling benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loan administration.
4. Reporting and data analysis (experience with Business Object software is a plus).
Our client offers excellent training and is seeking immediately available candidates. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in professional institutes or membership organisations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
